Spring and Summer HVAC Maintenance Checklist
- Replace filters on cooling equipment
- Inspect condition of belts and pulleys (replace if needed)
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils
- Check refrigerant charge (if charge is low, inspect further for leaks)
- Clear drain lines and pans
- Inspect electrical connections
- Inspect fan and blower motor operation
- Double check operation of thermostats
- Lubricate bearings, motors and any other moving parts within your system.
- Inspect air flow. Is it adequate?
